"The five tracks on Daylight's End were created in mid- 2021 to early 2022. Daylight's End is a more electronic style of beat than my typical synth-hop beats. I started with a sound library my brother created, and started layering sounds and synths on top of that. It's a bit of a chunky 4/4 roller. “Doug Beetle” came out of a session smashing together a Doug E. Fresh, and Beatles sample. “Peas and Queues” and “All Rain” were inspired equally by the extremely rainy spring in the PNW, and my local watering hole. Dorcas was conceived during a particularly turbulent coastal weekend getaway." - Saltfeend
