Get Your Hand Outta My Pocket started off as a bootleg project of remixes, retakes, edits and mashups by the Florida based indie label Organik Recordings, LLC. With 2 volumes now under the belt on 12" vinyl format and a third on its way later this year, the huge success of this project translated by the demand of the fans into a DJ mix CD by the respective artists on the label. The heads of Organik, Brazil and Mr. Bambu respectively decided to feed the masses once more, this time doing a mashup mix CD ala Hollertronix, etc. The first mix of 3 is by DJ Brazil, head of Organik Recordings, LLC, vinyl connoisseur, DJ of Stigmata Bro's and of national fame. It's a mashup of new school beats with old school lyrics from your favorite 90's MC's, strategically placed precision scratches and seamlessly blended mixes.
